Terms and Conditions

Shipping: 

Depending on availability your order will be shipped within 2-3 working days to allow packaging and carrier scheduling. We will notify you of the tracking number once it has been shipped. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item. If you receive a refund, the cost of outgoing shipping will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when sending a return. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Inspection:

Please inspect your board completely for shipping damage prior to signing for it. Once you have signed for it we will have limited ability to assist with a damage claim.

Returns:

All returns must be requested thru our contact us page to obtain a return authorization number within 5 working days of delivery. If 5 working days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Strongwater Surf is not responsible for shipping costs to return or exchange merchandise. 

Board Warranty: 

Epoxy Production and Custom Boards are built using a traditional epoxy surfboard layup. We use the same layup for our standard production boards we build for our team riders. These boards are designed for performance...not durability. If durability is a priority please consider a soft top board. There is no warranty on any board once it has been in the water. 

Refunds: 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment minus shipping fees.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund within 3-5 working days, please contact us thru our contact page.

Backorders and Custom Boards:
In the event our factory is in production of our inventory you will be notified that your board is on backorder with an approximate delivery timeframe. The production wait time for our soft top board is 10-14 working days and our epoxy boards is 15-20 working days. Our custom board order deadline is February 15th for a April 1st delivery.  All that will be available after that deadline are clear standard production boards.
